  Absolutely horrible experience. The lady at the drive thru window/speaker was completely rude. She was rushing our order, not to mention her speech and attitude were completely "ghetto" and the very opposite of customer service like. She also insulted my use of my credit card (broken but still swipes) after charging our order. Basically insulting my intelligence. And then we had to wait for fries, in which I was told two minutes. That turned into 10 minutes which forced the already cooked chicken nuggets to be cold and stake because we waited so long. I also filled out the survey on the receipt and requested that a member of management contact me about my experience in which it's been a week now and I have not heard from anyone. This was clearly their overnight shift as it happened at 1:47am. I will never be returning to this location and I suggest the same for anyone who reads this. Clearly this establishment doesn't care about it's customer service, seeing as how I can't even get a phone call from them when they request we as customers take their survey.
